REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your book. If you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- The book must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Damaged or wrong item
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to start a return
Email contact@nuvelko.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
